German Pancakes

The other night while having an AWESOME time at girls night someone mentioned they wanted a recipe for German Pancakes. That got me craving them and so I made them tonight for dinner. This recipe that I have been making since I was about eleven years old.
I have been playing with the whole digital scrapbooking thing and made some recipe cards so here is a copy of the recipe for German Pancakes that I use.


Here are some pictures of the finished product. This recipe can be funny some times just the sides fluff up big (as seen here today) Other times the whole area will rise like rolling hills through out.









Served them tonight with normal syrup and homemade plum syrup..... Yummy!
